Adjusting the size is very easy. Mettaband bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. Remove the bracelet from your wrist, encircle one hand firmly over the edge on one end of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet in the direction chosen to increase or decrease the size. Bend equally and adjust marginally until the desired fit.
As long as you have not received a dispatch confirmation email, you can change your order. Please email the customer service department if you would like to change an order.

All our orders are processed within 2 business days. All items listed online are in stock and sent from Australia directly to you. Depending on the postage option you have selected at checkout will determine the length of time it takes to arrive. Our collections are certainly not “Drop Shipped”.
As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a code which you can use to check the shipping status with Australia Post at any time. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.
